Welcome to White Birch Enterprise

We are a construction consulting company providing preconstruction, cost estimating, project scheduling, and construction/program management services to owners and design professionals.

The White Birch approach emphasizes teamwork and collaboration. We strongly advocate assembling the entire project team as early in the process as possible. The architects and engineers should be heavily involved in the early planning process to ensure the client’s goals and objectives are carried through the design. White Birch should be actively involved in the planning process, providing critical feedback to the client and the design team regarding constructability, phasing and budget issues.

Starting with the right team from the start is the first critical step in a successful project.

White Birch can start by assisting you with evaluating and selecting each of your team members. We help set up a matrix of cost and experience items that will help decide which contractor or consultant is best suited to making your project a success.
An Emphasis on Teamwork and Collaboration

As a successful program management firm, White Birch must view all project decisions from the Client’s perspective while managing the goals and priorities of each team member. We are confident in our abilities to create a cohesive team and believe our ability to communicate effectively is evidenced by our client references and relationships with other firms.
